Service description

The Reliability and Maintenance Department of Staatsolie Power Company Suriname (SPCS) is soliciting interest from service providers who can perform drone inspections on 161 kV transmission lines and Main Switch Yards.

Scope

Drone inspection on the 161 kV transmission line between the Main Switch Yard at Paranam and the Main Switch Yard at Afobaka including the Main Switch Yard at both sites.

High Level Requirements

• Inspection of components of the 161 kV transmission line and main switch yard such as conductors, structure, clamps&connections, static wires, insulators, lightning arrestors.
• High resolution pictures and videos of the components of the transmission line and Switch Yard.
• Full report on the findings and recommendations.
