Scope
SCM-U 2024-008 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Services Upstream and Downstream
  • Delivery PPE on demand and on an annual basis.
  • The standard PPE attributes which every Staatsolie personnel is required to wear and the PPE consumables.
  • Deliver annual packages as required per asset and per department.
  • Consignment stock at supplier is preferable.
  • ANSI Classifications preferable.
SCM-U 2024-009 Scrap purchase 
  • Removal of ± 300 m3 of metal scrap on an annual basis from Saramacca (Catarina Sophia Operation, Jossie Kreek Operation and Sarah Maria Operation).
SCM-U 2024-010 Warehouse Management Services of roller doors
  • Regular maintenance (service and repair) of the roller doors (min. of eight ea.) of the warehouse at Sarah Maria located at the Gangaram Panday Road in the Saramacca district.
SCM-U 2024-011 Local Logistics Services
  • Collect and transport local orders to designated Staatsolie locations.
  • Interdivision (door-to-door) transport within Staatsolie premises.
  • Reliable fleet and safety-conscious personnel are mandatory.
  • On time and safe delivery of cargo.
SCM-U 2024-012 Metal roof panels replacement SM Warehouse
  • Replacement of metal roof panels including beams at a height of 6 - 8 meter of warehouse (50m x 16m) at Sarah Maria, located at the Gangaram Panday Road in the Saramacca district.
SCM-U 2024-013 Rehabilitation chemical storage TA58
  • Rehabilitate metal structures (Repair and paint) and modify the concrete floor of the existing Storage sheds at the TA-58 warehouse for the purpose of storing liquid chemicals. ± 1000m2 of storage area.
SCM-U 2024-014 Warehouse cleaning services
  • Annually cleaning of wall and ceiling of the warehouse.
  • Dimensions of building: height of walls 6 meter; Area of warehouse (100m x 16m).
  • Location:  Sarah Maria located at the Gangaram Panday Road km 5-1/2 in the Saramacca district.
