The "Giving Back to the Community Campaign" is an important initiative celebrating the 10th anniversary of GOw2, highlighting the value of community and social responsibility. Throughout this campaign, we approached 10 foundations within a 1 km radius around our station for potential renovation projects that would have a direct impact on the community.

This is an overview of the foundations who benifited of the Giving Back to the Community Campaign:
1. Kennedy Foundation
The Kennedy Foundation is an institution for deaf and hard-of-hearing children in Suriname, featuring a school and a boarding facility. Sign language (combined with speech/lip-reading) is considered the primary means of communication with the children at the school, many of whom come from remote areas. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for the renovation of two kitchens and the improvement of sanitary systems, contributing to hygiene and safety for the children.
2. Stibula
Stichting Buurtwerk Latour aims to support the residents of the Latour project and surrounding areas in physical, mental, cultural, and social aspects from a Christian perspective. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for the renovation of the kitchen, allowing local residents who attend classes to benefit from improved hygiene and safety in the facilities.
3. Sari Foundation
The Sari Foundation is dedicated to alleviating the needs of socially vulnerable people in Nickerie, with a senior complex that provides housing for the elderly. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for improvements to the water supply and the purchase of beds, kitchenware, chairs, and tables, significantly enhancing the functionality of the facilities for the residents.
4. Huber Foundation
The Mr. Huber Foundation focuses on children and adults with intellectual or mental disabilities and provides 24-hour care. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for the purchase of air conditioning units, the installation of a digital board, and the renovation of the small swimming pool, allowing children to learn and play in a comfortable and stimulating environment.
5. SU AID
Su Aid is an initiative for fundraising for charitable causes, supported by businesses and crowdfunding. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for the purchase of equipment for the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), which is essential for the care of vulnerable newborns.
6. Loving Hands Foundation
The Loving Hands Foundation offers financial and psychosocial support to vulnerable women facing issues such as addiction, sex work, poverty, and domestic violence. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for the purchase of materials for sewing and stitching classes, helping these women develop skills and build meaningful lives in society.
7. Kari Yu Foundation
The Kari Yu Foundation focuses on the digital and communicative development of young people in Beekhuizen and the surrounding areas. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for the renovation of the ICT space and the acquisition of computers and furniture, providing young people with access to technology and the skills necessary to prepare for the future.
8. PottersHouse Foundation
The PottersHouse Foundation assists both young and old in meeting their needs. GOw2 has donated USD 10,000 for the purchase of musical instruments, enabling the foundation to offer training to children and provide them with opportunities to develop and enhance their musical talents.
